The ICC is dedicated to preventing sexual harassment and ensuring gender equality on campus. It provides a confidential, approachable, and fair process for addressing grievances, fostering a culture of safety and respect for everyone.
- To handle harassment complaints as per the sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013.
- To establish diginity, self-esteem and respect for female student & faculty without any gender bias in the system.
- To create a comfortable and healthy enviorment for all the women associated with the institution.
objectives :
- To prevent, prohibit, and redress complaints of sexual harassment in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
- To uphold the dignity, self-respect, and equality of women students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a work and learning environment free from gender bias and discrimination.
- To promote a safe, respectful, and healthy institutional environment for all women associated with the institution.
