Our growing economy creates a perpetual demand of real estate and infrastructure projects across various sectors. This opportunity comes with an immense responsibility of shaping the built & unbuilt environment and delivering these projects with effective and efficient management. Architects, with their knowledge of design language and creative intelligence, hold the potential to reach beyond the role of designer and assume leadership roles. The 2 years post graduation program is offered by SMEF’s Brick School of Architecture with affiliation of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and Council of Architecture New Delhi (COA). This program equips Architects with the strategic, technical and managerial knowledge required to lead AEC projects of varying scale. The program includes an internship, to be undertaken at intermediate stage of 4 semesters.
The program is divided in 4 semesters; each semester focusing on different knowledge areas of PMBOK. There are 20 mandatory courses including 3 Electives focusing on various aspects of building engineering & project management, 3 Software labs for exposure to various tools & applications, 2 research works and a Thesis on the topic of interest. This allows the students to focus their learning in a particular niche area.
