PCERF has been organizing the –‘ Padmashree B G Shirke Vidyarthi Awards’ for Civil Engineering and Architecture students at UG and PG level across Maharashtra for past four years. Amongst the entries sent in, 6 Brick students were shortlisted amongst more than 100 entries across Maharashtra for a jury. Each student had to send in their Designs from previous semesters. Once shortlisted, the students presented their Designs to a jury panel within 15 minutes along with their sheets and model, who then selected winners. Two third year students – Anand Jain and Mohak Chavan were awarded the first and second places respectively for their Sem 4 - Visitor’s Orientation Centre at Badami Designs at an award function on the 15th Feb, 2019. They were awarded a trophy, a certificate along with a cash prize of Rs 7000 and Rs 5000 respectively.
