Educational Scholarships

For Deserving Students of Difficult Financial Background
So many students with an aptitude for architecture find it difficult, or sometimes impossible to take admission in architecture and sustain the expenses. Scholarships are being given to such bright students who overcome great financial difficulties to keep alive his/her never-dying spirit in architecture. This scholarship is for those students who want to become Architects but are burdened by its expenses. The Scholarship amount is 50,000/- per year.

Satish Misal Education Foundation Scholarship winner:

Manoj Sahadeo Educational Scholarship winner:

  • 2018 -19: Chaitanya Bhosale.
  • 2017-18: Mohak Chavan

Grant

Every year Satish Misal Educational Foundation releases two grants of INR 15000/-, as supplementary fund for Travel and research in the area of architecture, planning and interior design. Students of Architecture and Interior Design of Brick Group of Institutes apply for these grants and submit proposals in month of July and winners are announced on Founder's day i.e., August 22nd of every year. The winners get 10 months time to work on the proposals and present their work on the next year's Founder's day.

Research Grant

S.M.E.F. Research grant program is designed specifically for advanced study in any area of architecture, which will effectively contribute to the knowledge, teaching or practice of the art and science of architecture.

Travel Grant

S.M.E.F. Travel grant program is designed to assist students from Brick Group of Institutes to travel across the country experiencing and documenting architecture, people and places. The grant is not for the purpose of doing research for an advanced academic degree. Instead, S.M.E.F. intends the recipient to study by travel and contemplation while observing, reading, writing, or sketching.
