Brief Biography:
Meghana is an architect and urban designer with a keen interest in creating people centric buildings & cities. She received a Masters degree in Urban Design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and Bachelors degree in Architecture from APIED Vidhyanagar. Her main area of interest is integrated urban design to make cities livable, sustainable and walkable for people. As a passionate Urbanist, she enjoys spreading awareness on urban design issues faced by people in daily life through ‘non-serious and unconventional’ ways of caricature and comics.

Professional profile:
Meghana has over 2.5 years of work experience in Urban Design and Architecture. She has earlier worked with HCPDPM Pvt. Ltd, Groundwork Architecture and PDC in Ahmedabad. While pursuing masters, she was associated with CEPT – Summer Winter School, as a Student Assistant. As her masters capstone project, Meghana worked on a live Urban Conservation project in the core heritage city for Ahmedabad Heritage Cell, in association with Mahila Housing trust (MHT-SEWA) and CEE. Along with her partner, she has won street design and public park design competitions under Smart City projects in Ahmedabad and Pune.
